Fatal Farm Joins The Salmon

The Salmon has welcomed the directing duo Fatal Farm, comprised of Zachary Johnson and Jeffrey Max, to our rapidly expanding roster.

Known for their quirky, offbeat humour, the two Texas high school friends have been creating eccentric visual content together for the better part of two decades.

Fatal Farm has collaborated with major brands like Old Spice, Snickers, and Skittles. Their delightfully bizarre work on Skittles' "Apologise the Rainbow" — a parody of corporate apologies — earned accolades at prestigious awards shows, including D&AD, Cannes Lions, Clios, and the Association of Independent Commercial Producers.

According to The Salmon's founders, Adam & Dave, Fatal Farm's work is the kind that sticks with you—funny, surreal, and impossible to forget.

“Fatal Farm suffers from a horrible disease called ‘Consistentitis,’ AKA ‘Never Not Funny’,” said Adam. “It’s not contagious, and as far as we know, not fatal.”

Fatal Farm rose to prominence during the early days of internet culture, with projects like an over-the-top "remake" of RoboCop, as well as Lasagna Cat, a live-action spoof of the classic "Garfield" comic strip. Their success online paved the way for directing gigs on Tim Robinson's acclaimed Netflix show I Think You Should Leave and several episodes of Key & Peele on Comedy Central.

“Fatal Farm is one of the rare directors that somehow maintains their hilarious and surreal comedic vision despite the crushing responsibility of keeping the wheels of global capitalism turning,” said Dave. “We’re honoured to host their work on our server.”
